Return & Refund Policy (Damaged/Defective Items Only)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or any other reason. Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

7-Day Window

If your item arrives damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

Please include:

 

  • Order number and full name

  • Clear photos of the item, the area of damage/defect, the inner packaging, outer shipping box, and the shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Return Eligibility (for approved claims)

For approved damaged/defective/incorrect items, products must be returned unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging (unless the damage/defect prevents this). Items sent back without prior approval (RMA) will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll issue an RMA and a prepaid return label, plus instructions on how and where to send your package. You must ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, we’ll either:

  • Replace the item (subject to stock availability), or

  • Refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/credit card may take additional time to post the refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if there’s any problem so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are never returnable, including:

 

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, consumers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. This statutory right applies notwithstanding the policy above, except for excluded categories under EU law (e.g., personalized goods).
